LTI’s PIMM™ 360 Management Operating System (MOS) agent is the proprietary software component that sits at the customer site that collects the raw management data.  Our MOS agents are platform agnostic and collect data from any hardware, software, OS, Db, network devices and/or sensors – displaying the results in the customers “buddy list” known as LTI’s PIMM™ 360.  Our solution also offers an advanced alert notification system that supports both text messaging and numeric paging devices. Alert notification can be defined at the device and/or the object level and alerts are sent out to multiple users in a dynamically scheduled environment.
