John DeVito - President & CEO

John DeVito is the President & CEO of DCi, the parent company of Leveraged Technology. Mr. DeVito has an in depth knowledge of the IT industry and a record that speaks for its self through DCi’s success. Mr. DeVito studied Electrical Engineering at Manhattan College before transferring to Poly Science Institute (PSI). He graduated from PSI with top honors and first in his class, obtaining an Electronic Technology Degree. He continued his professional development by completing numerous management and business courses at various institutions and was inducted into the Nationwide Register of Who’s Who in Executives and Business in 1998.

Jayne Fitzgerald — Chief Operating Officer

Jayne Fitzgerald brings over 20 years of business; operations; and technical experience to the company. She has hands-on experience in managing large and small scale organizations. The depth and breath of her experiences, in combination with her vision and drive have proven extremely valuable to our clients and business alike. Ms. Fitzgerald’s previous experiences include: being an executive member of the start-up team of NIKSUN, a high-tech security and performance management firm; VP and General Manger for InRange Technology Corp where she was responsible for all aspects of the business including marketing; sales; administration; product development; engineering; manufacturing; and distribution; VP of Customer Services for AT&T’s Data Services and VP of Network Operations where Ms. Fitzgerald was responsible for managing AT&T own global network and implementing state of the art disaster recovery technology. Ms. Fitzgerald holds a BS degree in math; an MS degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering; and an Executive MBA degree.

Marysol Gavaghan — Director of Finance

Ms. Gavaghan has more than 35 years of experience in the financial area. She joined Leveraged Technology in 1993. In her role as Director of Finance, Ms. Gavaghan is responsible for the company’s financial strategy including all reporting, auditing, taxation and investor relations functions. In this capacity, Ms. Gavaghan works as a key member of the Leveraged Technology leadership team to develop and execute the company’s business strategies and reports directly to the CEO. Prior to joining Leveraged Technology, Ms. Gavaghan worked at CVG International America, Inc.; Lummus Global, Inc. and Oficentro Inc. Ms. Gavaghan holds a BA Degree in Accounting and Marketing.

Christyne Mahoney — Director of Human Resources

As the Director of Human Resources, Ms. Mahoney collaborates with executive management to conduct HR strategic planning in order to support and further company goals. Ms. Mahoney brings over 20 years of comprehensive HR management experience including legal compliance, performance management, conflict resolution, change management, recruitment and retention, and benefit administration. Prior to joining LTI, Mrs. Mahoney developed her Human Resources specialty in the private sector as the Corporate Operations Manager for a global security consulting company, as well as Human Resources Manager at a start-up company where she created all policies and procedures from the ground up. Before that, she was the Senior Human Resources Generalist for a large not-for-profit organization with over 900 employees nationwide. Ms. Mahoney received an Associate in Applied Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Computer Science and holds various HR management certifications. Additionally, she holds the HDI Service Desk Manager certification and is currently studying for her ITIL v3 certification

Shakirat Lajide — Director of Marketing

Ms. Lajide brings more than 12 years of strategic marketing experience to the company. She joined Leveraged Technology in 2005. As Director of Marketing, Ms. Lajide is responsible for all aspects of Leveraged Technology’s marketing efforts, including marketing communication, market research, sales promotion, public relations, and new market expansion. She leads Leveraged Technology’s corporate marketing, demand generation, along with email marketing, advertising, webinars, search engine marketing, web analytics, search engine optimization, web management and industry analyst relations. Ms. Lajide previously worked at Lumeta where she was involved in developing marketing strategy, planning and positioning for IPsonar, and was responsible for market initiatives, corporate identity, campaign execution, website development and event management for the company. Ms. Lajide began her career at IEEE in the EAB Division.
