Vice President of Sales, Business Development & Marketing
LTI is looking for someone who will succeed in selling complex technology, systems integration, and managed services solutions as an individual contributor, and scale the business by building and managing a successful and world class sales, marketing, and business development team.
Need experience in taking a relatively small company and growing it to a much larger company.In each of these situations the individual will have achieved success by actively selling, then creating scalable processes that help us profitably grow the business through direct and indirect channels (i.e. partnerships, alliances).
- LTI needs a sales leader who understands software, call center, and IT technology, can communicate strong value propositions, forecast accurately, and drive sales growth. In addition this person must provide marketing and business development leadership by creating positive industry exposure, strong branding, complementary alliances, and create/prioritize profitable opportunities
- LTI needs someone who is hungry to sell, driven to succeed, is loyal to the company, a team player, and will execute with integrity
The Vice President of Sales, Business Development & Marketing will be hands-on in developing and executing innovative sales and marketing tactics and business development strategy to increase revenue. The right candidate will combine the efforts of the marketing and sales teams to create an integrated approach to a regional market approach. This position is responsible for generating, managing and tracking leads, closing new businesses, and building brand awareness in desired markets. This position will oversee the sales team, account managers, and marketing/communication team.
The Company has developed Managed Hosted Unified Communication Services:
- LTI VoIP 360 – A remotely Hosted and Managed Cisco Voice over IP Solution that does not require the Company to purchase the IT infrastructure or the Communication lines.
- LTI PIMMs 360 – A remotely Hosted and Managed Network Operations Center that Monitors and Manages IT Infrastructure, VoIP, Software, Facility, HVAC, Security, Trucks, etc.
- LTI Managed Help Desk – A remotely Hosted & Managed Full Help Desk, Ticketing System, Knowledge based management, Resolution, and support of any client proprietary applications.
- LTI Physical Security and Public Safety Monitoring and Managed Solution, utilizing Video, Sound, two-way communication, incident identification, alerts, and automated Campus lock down capability. For Corporate, Homeland Security, Hospital, Government, and Educational Institutions.
- Outsourced Help Desk Services and Staff Augmentation on Client Sites.
Responsibilities:
- Plans and directs all aspects of LTI's marketing and sales policies, objectives, and initiatives
- Develop sales, marketing, and lead generating strategies
- Management of sales teams (field based, account managers, & client service managers)
- Management of marketing/communication team
- Drive sales growth through effective development and execution of marketing and sales plans
- Monitors and analyzes sales and marketing activity against defined goals
- Develops, monitors, and evaluate relevant business intelligence to define future opportunities
- Actively identifies client needs and ensures profitable solution based selling to increase revenues and create value added customer relationships
- Develops and oversees the marketing function, identifying key marketing outlets and competitive strategies
- Manage, direct and motivate sales team, account managers, client serve managers, and marketing team
- Oversee all in-house sales and marketing operations and sales support functions, including leads generation tracking and trending
- Establish market level and targeted growth strategies within existing and potentially new verticals
- Cold calling skills are necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Who we're looking for
- 10+ years of successful sales, business development, & marketing experience preferably in a consulting, professional service or related industry
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- Aggressive, Motivated, & Professional
- Ability to motivate and lead sales staff
- Must have the ability to generate leads, set appointments and present over the phone and in person
- Proven strategic selling abilities
- Experience in developing and managing the execution of strategic marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts
- Excellent presentation, verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in lead generation in a quota driven sales environment
