Regional Sales Representative - Entry Level
We are looking for a motivated, determined, disciplined and focused Regional Sales Representative (RSR). The RSR will work to strategically grow new business and to successfully maintain the current market share among customers. RSR will also work to build and enhance strong customer relationships and to become a strong business partner. With a strong knowledge of business and market sense, the RSR will successfully manage an assigned sales territory and report on related marketing activities by conducting competitive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and other sales-related research.
The RSR will be focused on account penetration within the assigned territory. Past experience selling outsourcing services into the local market is a requirement. Candidate will be responsible for all account activities from prospecting, selling, closing, account management to relationship management.
Main responsibilities of the RSR will be the following:
- Maintain accurate forecast reporting and detailed information on each stage of the sales-cycle within an account
- drive growth and value by identifying opportunities across:
- New distribution's channels
- New markets and alliances
- develop LTI's market share by selling new and currents solutions offerings
- Establish and execute overall business plans which will effectively grow the business
- develop assigned industry
- Expand service offerings and explore new opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Conduct presentations to C-Level management and above
- Identifying market-specific needs including competitive analysis, primarily determining where opportunity lies within their region and how to capitalize on it
- Build and manage customer relationships using a consultative sales approach (e.g. emphasizing value-added solutions, cost savings & benefits)
- attend trade shows and build a sales network within target industries
Who we're looking for
- Atleast 2 years of successful sales experience selling value-added solution to customers, and experience at a professional IT services company
- Experience in building & managing relationship and selling to C-Level executives
- Show business development skills and strong relationship building/influencing skills
- Ability to communicate and work with cross-functional teams at all levels in the organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced using MS Office and Salesforce.com (CRM solution) preferred
- Prior experience in IT consulting services sales
- Have a strong record of accomplishment in maintaining significant customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Exhibit a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to plan and drive projects to completion by teaming across multiple organizations
