Steven H. Rothman — Chief Executive Officer & President
Steven H. Rothman brings Leveraged Technology Inc. (LTI) more than 30 years of technology industry experience and is responsible for the strategic direction, overall management and growth of the company. Mr. Rothman has extensive experience and expertise in directing start-up companies, business reorganization, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining LTI, Steven was the Managing Director and CEO of SCR Consulting, where he raised more than $90 Million in the private and public equity and created a successful strategic Plan in order to bring the company through a successful transition. As an SCR Consultant, Rothman was Chairman and CEO of Coach Industries Group where he managed the sale of their Transportation Manufacturing subsidiary, “ Springfield Coach” and sold their Professional Employee Services organization to Laurus Capital. In 1986, Steve Rothman was the co-founder of MTM Technologies, Inc., serving as Chairman, CEO, and CFO where he helped grow the business from $0 to over $300 Million, leading the company through successful acquisitions of DataVox Technologies, Inc.,Vector Esp, Inc., Info Systems, Inc., and NEXL, Inc.
Mr. Rothman received a BA, BS, & MS in Psychology, Science, Education & Administration from Long Island University. Rothman is currently a member of the New York Venture Community and the DallasBlue Business Network.
Jayne Fitzgerald — Chief Operating Officer
As COO of LTI, Jayne brings over 20 years of business; operations; and technical experience to the company. She has hands-on experience in managing large and small scale organizations. The depth and breath of her experiences, in combination with her vision and drive have proven extremely valuable to our clients and business alike. Jayne’s previous experiences include: being an executive member of the start-up team of NIKSUN, a high-tech security and performance management firm; VP and General Manger for InRange Technology Corp where she was responsible for all aspects of the business including marketing; sales; administration; product development; engineering; manufacturing; and distribution; VP of Customer Services for AT&T’s Data Services and VP of Network Operations where Jayne was responsible for managing AT&T own global network and implementing state of the art disaster recovery technology.
Jayne holds a BS degree in math; an MS degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering; and an Executive MBA degree.
Sean Durham — Senior Vice President of Business Development
As SVP, Sean’s primary focus is to ensure that each customer realizes clear, tangible value from LTI’s services. Sean began his career with LTI in sales and recruiting and rose to the rank of Chief Operating Officer before attaining his current position. Prior to joining LTI , Sean held analyst positions at A.G. Becker Paribas and Morgan Guaranty.
Sean graduated from Union College with a B.A. in computer science and economics.
Zina Dunn — Director of Business Development & Operations
Zina Dunn is the Director, Business Development & Operations at LTI Support Solutions. She has been in the support industry for the last 14 years. At LTI, Zina has been responsible for managing a Mission Critical Call Center - developing, documenting and implementing new policies and procedures, creating programs for employees to manage retention and reduce attrition, and developing customized job descriptions and career paths for staff. Zina is currently responsible for managing the Business Development process and Operations for LTI. Prior to joining LTI, Zina managed a wholesale manufacturing office and implemented the use of computers to increase productivity. She also worked as an independent consultant providing customized application training for retail industries as well as charitable organizations. Zina has held various support and management responsibilities with Digital Equipment Corporation, JAZM Systems Solutions, and Florida Hospital Waterman Foundation.
She is ITIL Foundations certified, HDA Certified and HDM Certified. Ms. Dunn is President Emeritus for the HDI New Jersey Local Chapter.
